HOLY SHIT IT’S SEASON FOUR! Can you believe it’s season four already? This season there are going to be a few changes. Kaarina won’t be joining us for Self-Care Corner, meaning I’m on the lookout for new segment ideas, plus I’m moving to a fortnightly release schedule. It’s all about sustainability, baby! Plus this season we have a theme, and that theme is, cool feminists in and around Vancouver. If you’ve got guest suggestions, let me know! And in exchange, I will let you know about these links:
- A lot of my thinking about relation to place in this episode was inspired by Amy Fung’s book Before I Was a Critic I Was a Human Being, which is working through a lot of these same questions.

I’m so excited for season 4! I’m very glad you are still engaged in this project, and working on ways to make it a sustainable part of your life. I thought of two potential end segments: “feature a feminist” and “reading recommendations”. Either or both of these could be used to highlight something good that hasn’t come up yet because it’s never been directly related to the theme of an episode. I saw someone else on twitter suggest a daily action/tip. You could rotate through all of these different segment types and more if you wanted to- I know I wouldn’t mind getting a reading rec one month and a featured person or action another time 😀

Thank you for this podcast, and for continuing a fourth season! I love Vancouver-based playwright Marie Clements, and would love to hear her on secret feminist agenda! I’d also be down to learn more about pedagogy and to learn words/concepts from the communities, indigenous and otherwise, living on the lands you now record on.
